If our installers are able to install multiple systems in a particular area we save on freight and installation costs. We are also able to significantly reduce our environmental impact by reducing the amount of travel that is required for each installation. It is only fair that we share these savings with our customers.

The Good Neighbour Rebate rewards customers who team up with their neighbours to install a Kyocera photovoltaic system at the same time. For each completed installation that results from a referral from you in your neighbourhoods youreceive a $300 rebate. Your neighbour also receives a $300 rebate on their system!

Complete details of the rebate program are provided to you when you sign up for your photovoltaic system, but the key aspects of the program are:

• A neighbour is someone who lives in the same suburb/town or in the next suburb to you.
• Each customer is only allowed to claim two (3) Good Neighbour Rebates. That is up to $900 in Good Neighbour Rebates.
• For up to two (2) neighbours referred by you who fully pay for and complete the installation of their photovoltaic system at the same time as you, you will receive a $300 cash rebate per completed installation. That is, up to $600 in total.
• For having accepted your neighbours invitation to join them in installing a photovoltaic system you can claim one (1) Good Neighbour Rebate to the value of 3050.
• To be eligible for the Good Neighbour Rebate orders received from your neighbours must be received within four (4) weeks of your order being received. This ensures that site visits and installations in the same neighbourhoods canoccur at the same time.
• The total number of rebates of Good Neighbour Rebates received by one residential address is limited to three (3), That is $900 in total.
• All rebates will be paid by direct deposit into your nominated bank account within 6 weeks of the installation of yours and your neighbour's system.
• In order for you and your neighbour to receive $300 Good Neighbour Rebate you must sign the Good Neighbour Rebate reference section on your neighbours site survey form prior to it being returned to Habitat Hardware.
• The Good Neighbour Rebate scheme is only applicable for the purchase and installation of photovoltaic systems at this stage. Other products may be included in the scheme in the future.
• The Good Neighbour Rebate is available to customers purchasing grid connected and off grid systems.
• To be eligible for the Good Neighbour Rebate each photovoltaic system must be a minimum size of 1kw to qualify for the Good Neighbour Rebate.
